| Our General conditions can be viewed as a contract. By agreeing to the terms of the site, you are subscribing to this contract. It represents a legal agreement between touchM and its franchises. It is a non-exclusive contract of provision of service without financial counterpart on your part. |

| If you integrate the Latest Releases or Top Download categories on your website, it will be updated automatically by touchM. The content on the website is updated automatically and new content is added almost every day. |

| Our system generates 4-figure codes during the purchase confirmation phase on the pop-up sales windows. These codes are dynamically generated within our databases and mean that a certain amount of information can be stored, such as : |
